Float Personal Banker

About the role

We are currently seeking a Float Personal Banker to travel to area branches located in Northwest and Southwest Houston to assist credit union members with various financial transactions in a personable, professional manner. The Float Personal Banker (PB) works with existing credit union membership and solicits new members to utilize various credit union products and services.

Responsibilities

• Works with existing credit union membership and solicits new members to utilize various credit union products and services.
• Achieves goals/quotas on a routine basis.
• Manages multiple appointments in a busy environment.
• Completes a variety of daily administrative tasks.
• Flexible schedule with rotational Saturdays required.
• Mileage reimbursement provided due to travel requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of one to three years retail and/or financial institution experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple appointments in a busy environment.
• Flexibility to work a rotating Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills.
