About the role
The Floating Personal Banker works across multiple branches, moving as needed to cover vacations or leave. The position comes with a personalized schedule (in 2–3-week periods), assigning work locations based on business operations. You'll have an assigned home branch and be reimbursed for mileage traveled beyond your standard route. For this role, the home branch is currently Downtown Santa Ana.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional experiences by handling teller transactions with accuracy and care
- Open new accounts and guide members through consumer loan applications
- Proactively recommend products and services that truly fit member needs
- Resolve questions and concerns with a consultative, relationship-focused approach
- Create trust that lasts beyond the transaction—and keeps members coming back
Requirements
- 2+ years of recent experience in a bank or credit union
- Hands-on experience with teller transactions, new accounts, and consumer lending
- 2+ years cross-selling and referring financial products
- Clear, friendly communication—professional but approachable
- Comfortable learning and using multiple systems and platforms
- Schedule Flexibility: Monday–Saturday availability Weekdays between 8:30 AM–6:30 PM and Saturdays 8:30 AM–2:30 PM
- Able to commute throughout our branch network

- Compensation & Career Path: Hourly pay is based on experience, internal equity, and role level: Member Service Rep IV or Senior Branch Rep (based on experience) $23.00–$27.00 per hour.
