Float Personal Banker

As a Float Personal Banker, you may assist at our branches including Roseville North, Minneapolis North, Roseville South, Eden Prairie, and Plymouth.

About the role

As a Personal Banker, you are the frontline of Blaze and a trusted financial guide for Members. You’ll engage directly with members to understand their goals, identify their financial needs, and confidently recommend tailored products and services that empower their financial journey. You’ll be part of a dynamic, experienced team committed to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships. Your role is vital—not only in supporting our members’ success but also in driving Blaze’s growth and mission forward.

Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience for $5,500 paid over a 2-year period, and $2,000 for Non-DNA experience paid over a 1-year period for all branch and member experience center positions.

Responsibilities

• Educate members on how to optimize Blaze's services to meet their individual needs
• Perform duties and responsibilities with regard to opening and processing changes on the following account types: Savings, Checking, Certificate, Retirement, Legal and Business Accounts
• Oversee consumer loan process following approved guidelines
• Create meaningful relationships via excellent service and face-to-face interaction
• Support your team by taking initiative to meet Blaze's growth objectives

Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience working in financial services, which includes opening new accounts, lending, and pipeline management
• Eligible to obtain a NMLS ID number within 30 days of hire
• High School degree or GED (required)

• Proven experience as a personal banker or equivalent; experience in sales and customer service is a plus

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. Saturday hours are paid at 1.5x the regular rate. Consistent and reliable attendance is required.

Pay

$25.20 - $29.50 per hour, plus quarterly team bonuses.
