About the role
Provide advanced life support care during air transportation, including scene call work and hospital transfers.
Responsibilities
- Complete electronic patient care records
- Perform daily equipment checks
- Maintain required certifications
- Ensure safety standards for crew and patients
- Collaborate with the team on pre- and post-mission procedures
- Support aircraft safety
Requirements
- Minimum of three years' experience in a 911 or critical care setting
- EMT-P license
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and trauma
- Flight Paramedic certification (FP-C) must be obtained within 24 months
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior flight experience
- Instructor certifications
