About the role
We are seeking a skilled Flight Paramedic to join a team dedicated to safe and efficient patient transportation by air.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced life support from initial contact through hospital handoff.
- Complete timely electronic patient care records.
- Perform daily aircraft checks and maintain equipment and supply knowledge.
- Participate in pre- and post-mission briefings.
- Assist with liftoff procedures and ensure safety standards are met to protect crew, patients, and equipment.
- Maintain licensure, certifications, and ongoing education.
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues, EMS personnel, hospitals, and the public.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in 911 or critical care settings.
- Current EMT-P license in applicable states.
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, trauma, and flight paramedic certification within 24 months.
- Preferred instructor certifications and NREMT-P certification in certain areas.

- Handle pre-mission preparations and ensure safety compliance.
