Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and bookings
• Manage reservations and confirmations
• Provide excellent customer service
• Process payments and maintain financial records
• Coordinate with internal departments for seamless operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or aviation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Passport required for international travel
• Valid driver’s license

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed
