About The Opportunity

The Manager, Growth & Demand Generation plays a critical role in driving full-funnel digital acquisition programs that contribute directly to qualified pipeline growth and revenue outcomes for the Corporate Traveller US portfolio, with an initial focus on launching and scaling the NYC market expansion plan. This role sits within the Growth & Demand team and partners closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, and Commercial leaders to define, launch, execute, and optimize demand programs supporting market entry, pipeline creation, and revenue acceleration in the US. It is a hands-on, commercially accountable role that bridges strategic and executional operations, ensuring demand generation translates into measurable business outcomes across short- and medium-term sales cycles. The role ensures consistency of strategy while enabling local execution and speed, working in close partnership with US-based brand, sales, and regional stakeholders to support growth targets in priority markets, starting with NYC.

This role collaborates with a team of specialists (both internal and external) across automation, paid media, SEO, CRO, and digital channels, ensuring day-to-day execution, optimization, and technical delivery are tightly aligned to revenue, pipeline, and market expansion objectives. With a strong focus on digital performance, automation, and commercial impact, the role unifies strategy, channel execution, and growth programs under a single, accountable demand engine for Corporate Traveller US.

Responsibilities

  • Growth & Demand Strategy: Lead the development and execution of scalable demand generation strategies for Corporate Traveller US, with an immediate focus on supporting the NYC market expansion and early-stage pipeline growth. Translate business growth objectives into clear demand strategies, channel plans, and execution roadmaps that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Digital Inbound Execution: Design, launch, and optimize end-to-end digital demand programs across paid search, paid social, programmatic, email, and website channels, tailored to the US SME market and NYC expansion priorities. Balance global frameworks with local execution, enabling fast activation, testing, and iteration while maintaining consistency in performance measurement and funnel definitions.
  • Paid Performance & Digital Media Management: Own and oversee paid digital programs (Search, LinkedIn, Programmatic, Google Ads, retargeting) with a clear focus on lead quality, SQL progression, pipeline velocity, and ROI. Actively guide hands-on optimization, testing, and budget allocation to maximize return on spend and support aggressive growth targets in priority US markets.
  • Website Strategy & Conversion Optimization: Partner with digital experience teams to ensure Corporate Traveller US websites function as high-performing demand and conversion engines, particularly for NYC-focused acquisition and mid-funnel engagement. Lead CRO initiatives using experimentation, behavioral insights, and data-driven optimization to improve lead conversion and progression through the funnel.
  • Marketing Automation & Lead Nurture: Design and execute scalable automation and nurture programs that support rapid lead qualification, sales readiness, and pipeline acceleration in the US market. Ensure automation programs are tightly aligned to sales processes, lifecycle stages, and NYC go-to-market priorities.
  • Stakeholder Alignment & Global Collaboration: Work closely with US Sales leadership, Brand Marketing, and global teams to align on lead definitions, handoff processes, and revenue targets. Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring demand programs directly support sales activity and commercial goals.
  • Data, Measurement & Attribution: Own NYC digital demand performance reporting, with a clear focus on leads, SQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC efficiency, and ROI. Use insights and attribution data to guide optimization decisions, investment prioritization, and expansion planning.
  • AEO/SEO & Organic Demand Strategy: Partner with Global SEO and content teams to drive both SEO and AEO demand growth in the US, supporting both paid efficiency and long-term pipeline sustainability. Ensure organic acquisition, content, and social strategies support ICP targeting, brand credibility, and funnel progression.
  • Enablement & Best Practice Sharing: Act as a center of excellence for growth and demand generation, facilitating knowledge sharing, campaign toolkits, and performance benchmarks across markets and brands. Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all team members feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of in-region digital marketing specialists across automation, paid media, and digital execution, ensuring alignment to strategy and consistent delivery of high-quality work. Establish clear team goals, KPIs, and performance standards, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.
