About the role
Crews & co. is seeking a Growth Consultant in Philadelphia to join the team. This remote role requires quarterly travel to client sites in the Philadelphia area and consultant trainings in the New England area.
Responsibilities
- Guide businesses in developing and executing strategies for success
- Leverage deep industry experience and robust professional network to help businesses win
- Align vision and develop and execute the plan for businesses
- Help clients increase revenue, profit, and company valuation
- Build a client book of 10+ businesses through your network
- Work closely with other consultants to drive results and make a lasting impact
Requirements
- Part of an exit while either an owner/partner or an SLT member
- CEO, President, COO, or Owner/Partner of a company with $5M+ revenue for at least 5 years
- Robust professional network (500+ LinkedIn Connections, 1,500+ LinkedIn followers)
- Willingness to invest time and energy into Business Development
- Passion for helping companies win by driving revenue, profit and company valuation (RPV)
- Commitment to Growth System & Tools to help clients drive RPV

- Deep understanding of business strategies, market dynamics, and effective leadership practices
- Reside in the greater Philadelphia area
Qualifications
- Masters or Doctoral degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory
- Use of a Business Operating System or at a minimum, baseline knowledge of an Operating System (EOS, Scaling Up, etc.)
- Familiarity with financial reporting and ability to do some degree of financial planning/modeling
- Good at teaching and willing to have difficult conversations to help move people and companies forward
- A “management geek” familiar with the teachings in Measure What Matters, Traction, Scaling Up, Simple Numbers, 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, Good to Great, etc.
- Team player who works well with other consultants
- Motivated to help clients succeed
- Experience with small companies (sub $15M revenue)
- Experience managing a large team of 50+ while driving results
