As a JSX Flight Attendant, you will create a simple, reliable, and joyful experience for each of our Customers, while keeping safety in mind. You will gain knowledge of the proper use of the cabin equipment and controls. You will be highly knowledgeable about the assignments, functions, and responsibilities during a ditching and evacuation of persons who may need special assistance. Ready to soar with us? Responsibilities
- Ensure the aircraft is clean, fully stocked, and prepped for Customer boarding.
- Check that all emergency equipment, life vests, oxygen masks, and other supplies are present and in proper working order.
- Conduct or verify safety briefings during boarding and pre‑flight.
- Secure the cabin and confirm with the Captain that the aircraft is ready for departure.
- Provide attentive service to Customers and Crew while staying vigilant and prepared to respond to any situation.
- Apply training and remain calm, confident, and ready to assist with professionalism and care during routine duties and emergency scenarios.
- May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate (emergencies, changes in workload, rush jobs, technical developments, etc).
