Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls from cardholders on card activation, replacements, lost or stolen cards, balances, and account questions
• Ability to demonstrate patience and empathy while handling customer concerns
• Organizational skills for managing and documenting customer interactions efficiently

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Services, Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact and engage with customers
• Previous experience in a similar role, financial services, banking or similar role is highly desirable
• High school diploma or equivalent required
