Responsibilities

• Connect with clients who have requested information
• Educate families on life insurance, mortgage protection, retirement strategies, and living benefits
• Follow a proven sales process to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Manage your pipeline, appointments, and follow-up activities in a remote environment
• Build trust-based client relationships through honest communication and service
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities
• Work independently while remaining connected to a collaborative and supportive team culture

Requirements

• Prior sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professionalism, self-discipline, and strong work ethic
• Ability to manage activity independently in a remote setting
• Coachable mindset and willingness to follow proven systems
• Ability to obtain a state insurance license (we guide you through the process)
