Pay
Total Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 OTE (Base + Financial Performance Bonuses)

Requirements
- Must reside within the United States with a valid SSN for background verification.
- High school diploma or equivalent (A degree in Finance or Business is a plus, but not required).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain complex financial terms clearly.
- High-speed, stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps).
- No prior financial licenses required; comprehensive paid training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries regarding high-value financial transactions, billing cycles, and account statements.
- Act as a liaison between customers and banking partners to resolve credit card disputes and payment holds.
- Utilize advanced fraud prevention software to monitor accounts and protect client assets.
- Educate clients on digital wallet security, loan processing integrations, and corporate payment solutions.
- Document all interactions accurately within secure CRM systems to comply with federal regulations.
