Job Overview

BYO Financial is seeking motivated and entrepreneurial individuals interested in building a career in financial services. This entry-level opportunity provides structured training, mentorship, and licensing support to help you educate clients and develop personalized financial strategies. No prior industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Gather and organize client financial information.
  • Support the development of personalized financial plans.
  • Build long-term relationships through professional guidance and ongoing support.
  • Educate clients on topics including retirement planning, wealth accumulation, risk management and insurance, and financial goal setting.
  • Participate in client outreach and engagement activities.
  • Build and maintain a strong client network.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions.
  • Apply newly learned financial concepts in client interactions.
  • Complete structured training and licensing requirements.
  • Work closely with experienced mentors.
  • Continuously develop financial knowledge and client service skills.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Reliable computer and internet connection.
  • Willingness to obtain required state licenses (training provided).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
  • Interest in personal finance and helping others.
  • Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation

Independent Contractor (1099). Commission-based earnings. No guaranteed hourly wage or salary. Income is based on individual performance.
