Fleet / Warehouse Specialist

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a clean driving record and current valid driver license with at least 3 years of driving experience with a valid drivers license
• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
• Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary, and sensitive Company information
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
• Must be able to pass Drug Screen and Background Check

Basic Functions

• Create purchase orders, requisition material, and reconcile shipping receipts
• Answer phone calls from technicians
• Locate specialty parts
• Keep track of serialized items
• Helping technicians at the front counter
• Create end of day pick tickets and restock orders
• Vendor relations
• Assist with Shipping and Receiving Technician
• Willingness to help in any other areas needed
• Maintain a clean working environment
