Fleet Specialist

Primary Responsibilities

• Cook up fleet maintenance and service schedules
• Track vehicle repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance
• Support shop mechanics with parts ordering and documentation
• Maintain fleet records and compliance documentation
• Aid with vendor coordination and vehicle readiness
• Organize and communicate effectively
• Manage time efficiently
• Show flexibility and problem-solving skills

Required Education And Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proven administrative or assistant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fleet operations and maintenance coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic mechanical knowledge (a plus)
• Comfortable using maintenance tracking systems and spreadsheets

Travel Requirements

Ability to travel up to 10% of work time.

Work Authorization Requirements

Must meet I-9 requirements.
