Primary Responsibilities
- Cook up fleet maintenance and service schedules
- Track vehicle repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Support shop mechanics with parts ordering and documentation
- Maintain fleet records and compliance documentation
- Aid with vendor coordination and vehicle readiness
- Organize and communicate effectively
- Manage time efficiently
- Show flexibility and problem-solving skills
Required Education And Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven administrative or assistant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fleet operations and maintenance coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge (a plus)
- Comfortable using maintenance tracking systems and spreadsheets
Travel Requirements
Ability to travel up to 10% of work time.
Work Authorization Requirements
Must meet I-9 requirements.
