Fleet Support Specialist
What’s the Job?
Cook up vehicle repair schedules and keep an eye on fleet health to boost how long vehicles run without needing a break. Keep track of what needs fixing, what problems there are, and what repairs have been done, all while keeping good records. Handle requests for parts, write down work orders, and manage inventory to make sure repairs happen quickly and smoothly. Work together with different teams to help with vehicle calibrations, maintenance plans, and other processes. Check vehicles for quality, look at safety, and write down important stuff to make sure the fleet runs well and follows rules.
What’s Needed?
- 1–2 years of experience in a busy service, operation, or auto shop.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean record and able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Familiarity with car repairs, vehicle maintenance, or fleet operations.
- Good at organizing things, doing lots of tasks at once, and solving problems.
- Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar.
About the Role
Join the Base Operations (BaseOps) Team supporting Fleet Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Scheduling teams. The right person will have strong organizational skills, great communication, and a team player attitude.
Pay
Up to $41 per hour.
