About the role
We are seeking a relationship-driven and results-oriented Advanced Services Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to our fleet customers. In this role, you will manage strategic customer accounts, drive customer satisfaction, and help customers maximize the value of their fleet operations through data-driven insights and proactive account management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers, serving as the primary point of contact for Advanced Services programs.
- Partner with customers to establish and achieve objectives related to cost reduction, fleet optimization, equipment replacement planning, business growth, and other key performance metrics.
- Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations that improve fleet efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and facilitate customer deliverables, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews, including account performance, key metrics, financial reporting, and business development opportunities.
- Monitor program compliance and key performance indicators to ensure contractual and operational objectives are met.
- Serve as a liaison between dealers and customers to resolve service-related issues and ensure timely communication and follow-through.
- Train dealers on best practices, process improvements, and system enhancements that support customer success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Travel 30-40% as required to support customer engagement and business objectives.
- Add additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
- Experience managing projects and coordinating multiple priorities
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple organizations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Experience in account management, customer success, fleet management, or a related field
- Experience presenting business insights and recommendations to customer leadership teams
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business solutions
- Experience working with dealer networks or multi-location customer environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and drive long-term customer partnerships

Pay
$65,440 - $83,895 per year
Schedule
Hybrid schedule—collaborate in person Monday through Wednesday at our Columbus, IN office and work remotely Thursday and Friday. 30-40% travel is required.
