About the role
Ed Voyles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is hiring a Fleet & Commercial Salesperson to grow their book of business with fleet operators, commercial accounts, and business owners across the territory.
Responsibilities
- Possess new business opportunities with fleet operators and commercial accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet managers, business owners, and key decision-makers
- Conduct outside sales visits to customer locations to present products, services, and fleet solutions
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing agreements tailored to customer needs
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue goals and performance targets
- Collaborate with service, parts, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and account retention
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline management in CRM
- Provide ongoing account support and follow-up to strengthen long-term client relationships
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and community networking opportunities to promote company services
- Develop strategic sales plans for territory growth and customer acquisition
- Analyze fleet customer needs and recommend cost-effective solutions that improve efficiency and uptime
Requirements
- Self-starter: able to make calls and book meetings without a script or babysitter
- Goal-oriented and competitive: enjoys seeing your name at the top of the board
- Confident face-to-face: can walk into any business and earn a conversation
- Persistent: sees "not right now" as "not yet"
- Organized: keeps a pipeline full and a CRM clean
- Experience in fleet, commercial, automotive, or B2B sales is a strong plus
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
