Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop operations supporting waste and recycling vehicle maintenance
• Supervise technicians, assign repairs, and prioritize tasks
• Ensure timely and safe completion of preventive maintenance
• Enforce DOT and company safety standards
• Manage parts inventory and vendor relationships
• Maintain accurate maintenance records

Qualifications & Skills

• Hands-on leadership experience in fleet or vehicle maintenance
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of safety standards, including DOT regulations
• Ability to manage vendor relations and inventory
