About the role

At Harris County Universal Services Fleet Services, you get something that can be hard to find in the automotive industry: stability. You’re paid for the time you work—not the hours someone else decides a repair should take. No fighting over tickets. No commission roller coaster. No chasing flag hours. No wondering what next week’s paycheck will look like. Instead, bring your automotive skills to a career where you can focus on what you do best: diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles that keep Harris County moving. Same skills. More stability.
