Fleet Dispatcher

Job Description The Fleet Dispatcher is responsible for fleet system management, and documentation processes essential to daily operations. This role contributes to operational efficiency, compliance, and accuracy while supporting vehicle readiness and delivery. Success in this position comes from strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Wage: $18.00/hr Hours of operation and scheduling availability needs: Sunday through Friday 7 AM to 10 PM, Saturday 7 AM to 3 PM The Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities Are Coordinate and execute fleet movements between airport locations, Local Edition sites, vendors, auctions, and retail lotsVerify and audit non-revenue vehicle transfers to ensure accuracy and proper documentationSupport inventory management through routine vehicle counts and lot checksPartner with operations teams to communicate real-time fleet availability and address needsPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned Basic Qualifications Passion for customer service and attention to detail – Go the extra mile. High School Diploma or GED requiredStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Must Be Able To Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays; and work overtime as required.Work indoors and outdoors during all weather conditions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Communicate in English clearly and proficiently.
