About the role

We are seeking a full-time Dispatcher for our Lubricant Division in Bensenville, IL. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who embodies our values of integrity, teamwork, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the scheduling of lubricant deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient service
• Act as the primary communication liaison between drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Monitor driver routes and provide real-time solutions to logistical challenges
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including tracking delivery status and documentation
• Utilize dispatch software and tools to optimize delivery routes and schedules

Requirements

• Proven experience as a dispatcher in the transportation or logistics industry, preferably with a focus on lubricant distribution
• Strong geographic knowledge, especially in the Midwest and surrounding regions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse group of individuals
• Proficiency in dispatch software and strong computer skills
• Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility with work hours, ready to step in during various shifts as needed
• A commitment to safety and a clean driving record
