Position Requirements
- Previous experience in a coordinative role is preferred
- Buyer experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required to communicate, gather, and analyze information
- Highly organized and capable of switching tasks and priorities depending on the needs of the department
- An efficient and effective communicator with employees and customers
- Quickly analyze problems and develop, communicate, and implement solutions
Responsibilities
- Manage equipment numbering, fleet asset setup, and fleet data integrity within fleet management systems
- Support purchase order creation, maintenance, release, and procurement activities
- Cook up equipment transfers, deliveries, and fleet logistics across branches while resolving shipment issues as needed
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to support fleet operations and strategic initiatives
- Generate reports and provide administrative support for fleet operations activities
- Aid with process improvement initiatives and the development and maintenance of fleet documentation and SOPs
