Fleet Analyst III

Position: Fleet Analyst II Location: Tulsa, OK Pay: $25-$35/hour BOE Fuse3 Solutions is supporting a leading energy infrastructure company in its search for a Fleet Analyst to support a fleet integration project expected to last six to twelve months. This person will work closely with fleet teams, field personnel, and outside partners to help bring vehicles, equipment, and drivers into the company’s fleet program. Responsibilities Coordinate fleet integration activities from pre-close through stabilizationCollect, validate, and reconcile fleet and driver information across systemsSupport onboarding of vehicles and equipment, including program and service enrollmentReview titles, registrations, and acquisition paperwork, flag gaps, and work with partners to resolve themAssist managers, points of contact, and drivers through the transition with access, instructions, and materialsSupport supplier, billing, and service transitions and process routine fleet transactionsTrack fleet readiness, compliance, and lifecycle needs, and follow up on risksMaintain project records, dashboards, and status reports, and escalate complex issues appropriately Qualifications High school diploma or GED and three to five years of fleet management experience with a corporate, commercial, utility, government, or similarly complex fleetHands-on experience across several fleet functions, such as onboarding, inventory, titles and registrations, maintenance, fuel, telematics, or complianceStrong attention to detail, with the ability to spot discrepancies and protect confidential informationExcellent collaboration and customer service skills with field staff, managers, vendors, and service providersAbility to prioritize multiple activities, follow established procedures, and escalate nonstandard issuesProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and SharePoint Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a business, operations, logistics, or related fieldExperience supporting an acquisition, transition, or system implementationFamiliarity with fleet titling, registration, and transportation compliance requirementsExperience with fleet management, fuel card, or telematics platformsAdvanced Excel skills, including lookups, PivotTables, and data reconciliation To see this and other jobs please visit: http://fuse3solutions.com/ Fuse3 Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
