Fleet Analyst
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)
About the role
As a Fleet Analyst at West Shore Home, you will maintain the day-to-day operations of fleet, analyzing and reporting through various systems on all fleet related functions and maintaining an up-to-date listing of all vehicles and their locations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct day-to-day fleet operations between all fleet related vendors, customers and branch locations to facilitate all fleet vehicle requirements.
- Track and ensure all vehicle requirements are met according to local, state, and federal guidelines and Department of Transportation compliance.
- Schedule inventory actions to include procurement, transfers, disposition and after-market upfitting.
- Assist with transfers, licensing, registrations, and insurance updates.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. The company does not and will not sponsor employment visas.
- Good problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Familiar with telematics platforms for tracking and reporting on vehicles including compliance metrics is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
