Interface Collaboration: Partner with product design teams to develop wireframes and mockups, ensuring engineering teams have exact visual and behavioral guidance for user interfaces.
Client Engagement & Support: Participate in institutional client workshops and support calls, effectively communicating in the client's domain language, triaging incoming support requests, and translating field feedback into product iterations.
AI-Driven Workflow Optimization: Utilize AI productivity tools to accelerate the generation of specifications, documentation, and test cases, applying sharp editorial judgment to ensure high-quality and trustworthy outputs.
Requirements
Professional Experience: Approximately 4-5 years of dedicated experience owning product requirements through the full testing lifecycle within technology consulting, management advisory, systems implementation, or an in-house product environment.
Technical Skill Set: Proven proficiency in requirements elicitation, validation, gap analysis, requirements traceability, functional specification writing, and UAT planning/defect triage.
AI Literacy: Demonstrated fluency leveraging AI tools to optimize documentation and testing workflows, combined with the editorial judgment necessary to refine and validate AI-generated content.
Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong ownership mindset in fast-paced or ambiguous environments, and a rapid cognitive ramp-up time when learning complex market domains.
