Responsibilities
- Partner with Technical Product Owners to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements
- Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows aligned to business goals
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear, testable requirements
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and agile ceremonies as a core member of the product team
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and defect triage to ensure quality of delivered solutions
- Maintain domain expertise in assigned platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ensure documentation and artifacts are consistently updated in project management tools (i.e., Azure DevOps, Aha!)
- Visualize workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and automation through detailed process mapping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support disciplined change management and user readiness
- Stay focused on assigned platform/product area to reduce context switching and improve delivery effectiveness
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analysis experience, including hands-on experience supporting requirements, user stories, and process design for Salesforce
- Experience supporting QA and UAT activities including test planning and execution
- Demonstrated ability to work as a dedicated member of a product or platform team
- PREFERRED:
- Experience in DME, healthcare, or medical technology industries
- Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Miro, Azure DevOps, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills across business and technical audiences
- Ability to manage competing priorities within a focused product scope
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive clarity in ambiguous situations

Pay
US Pay Range: $70,800 - $99,120 USD
