Ellie Mental Health, South Florida in Lake Worth is looking for a passionate therapist licensed in FL to join our team. About the role

Opportunities are available for individual, family, couples, and group therapy services.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans/reviews, and complete clinical documentation according to company policy.
  • Maintain a minimum caseload.
  • Provide clinical interventions focusing on symptom reduction and improving clients' ability to perform activities of daily living.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients accomplish therapeutic goals.
  • Collaborate with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and applicable site staff as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
  • Communicate and work with clients/other staff in a manner that demonstrates knowledge of cultural diversities.
  • Practice ethical conduct in all clinical and professional activities.
  • Comply with Ellie Mental Health policies and procedures, accrediting/regulatory bodies, and performance contract documentation requirements.

Requirements

  • Active LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD FL license.
  • Current NPI number.
  • Must maintain a valid Florida Driver’s License and be insurable under Ellie Mental Health policy.
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply crisis intervention techniques.
  • Strong diagnostic skills, incorporating client history, symptoms, environmental, and related issues to formulate proper diagnosis and treatment.
  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide clear, concise, and well-constructed written documentation.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work autonomously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred but not required).
  • Creative and innovative approach to mental health.
  • General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing.

Pay

Up to $65/hr pay range.
