Responsibilities

The clinical therapy manager will:

  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans/reviews, and complete clinical documentation according to company policy.
  • Maintain a minimum caseload.
  • Deliver excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further our mission.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
  • Collaborate with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and applicable site staff as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
  • Communicate and work with clients/other staff in a manner that demonstrates knowledge of cultural diversities.
  • Practice ethical conduct in all clinical and professional activities.
  • Comply with Ellie Mental Health policies and procedures, accrediting/regulatory bodies, and performance contract documentation requirements.

Requirements

  • Active LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD licenses in FL and CA.
  • Current NPI number.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish, preferred but not required.
  • Maintain a valid Florida Driver’s License and be insurable under Ellie Mental Health policy.
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply crisis intervention techniques.
  • Strong diagnostic skills, the ability to incorporate client history, symptoms, environmental and related issues to formulate proper diagnosis and treatment.
  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to provide clear, concise, and well-constructed written documentation.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to work autonomously.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • A creative and innovative approach to mental health.
  • A general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing.
