Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Central operations professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of Central operations services
- Oversee the end-to-end Asset ops operations process, including application processing, loan disbursement, and account maintenance
- Implement and monitor process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment
- Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement
- Manage team workflow and workload to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing appropriate controls and measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or a similar role, with a proven track record of leading a team
- Strong understanding of Loan operations processes, including application processing, loan disbursement, and account maintenance
- Proficient in process management, stakeholder management, MIS management, team management, workflow management, people management, and risk management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology tools to support credit operations activities
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail
