Responsibilities
We are urgently hiring a Customer Service focused Appointment Setter to speak with homeowners and schedule free roof inspections. This role is ideal for people with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, warehouse work, restaurant server positions, receptionist roles, administrative assistant positions, or forklift operator jobs who enjoy talking with people and staying active during the workday.
- Market in assigned neighborhoods face-to-face
- Speak directly with homeowners at their homes
- Explain our free inspection service
- Schedule appointments for inspections
- Stay active and work outdoors
Requirements

- Great communications skills
- High school diploma or GED
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (to get to and from the office)
- Ability to work 40 hrs between 9am - 7pm, Mon -Sat

Pay
W-2 full-time position with hourly pay + commission + performance bonuses. First-year team members earn $40,000-$70,000. Earnings vary based on performance and consistency.
Schedule
Full-time, on-site role, Monday-Saturday within 9am-7pm. No overnight travel. Team transportation provided from the office.
