Environment Control Southwest Ohio has been delivering quality service for over 50 years, and we’re looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our Dayton-area office in Tipp City, Ohio, conveniently located near Dayton International Airport. If you’re self-motivated, comfortable speaking with people, and enjoy earning based on your results, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

• Contacting prospective customers by phone and email
• Obtaining and updating prospect information
• Accurately entering information into our CRM system
• Scheduling appointments for sales representatives
• Working toward weekly appointment-setting goals
• Maintaining an average of one appointment approximately every 10 hours or less

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable working with incentive-based pay
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable communicating by phone and email
• Able to accurately enter and maintain customer information
• Goal-oriented and motivated by results
