Fixed Operations Director

About the role

Camping World is seeking a Fixed Operations Director to lead the Service Center. Key responsibilities include supporting and managing the Service Manager(s), driving profitability, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a culture of development and retention.

Responsibilities

• Support and Manage the Service Manager(s)
• Ensure high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction
• Drive profitability through sales, P&L management, and labor cost control
• Create and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly budget projections
• Maintain a safe and functional work environment

Requirements

• Experience managing a high-volume Service Center in RV, automotive, marine, or power sports industry
• Strong customer satisfaction and profitability skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in dealership software systems and MS Office
• Intermediate or better skills in P&L reporting
• Valid driver's license required
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
• Exposure to heights and hazards related to electrical and welding equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in RV, automotive, marine, or power sports industry
• Proven track record of managing a high-volume Service Center
• Experience with RV systems is a plus

Pay

The pay range for this role is $95,000 - $145,000 or more, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.

Schedule

Full-time schedule is typically 40 hours per week, with some flexibility.
