FIVE Star Loan Officer

Integrity Home Lending (ranked #1 in customer service by LendingTree in Q1, Q2, top 10 in Q4 of 2025 and Q1 2026 out of 500+) is seeking high-performing Loan Officers with a strong network, a hunger to maximize lead sources, and a drive to see their paycheck soar.

About the role

• Full-time, 5-star sales position available in-office or remote
• Opportunity to earn $100K+ per year
• Access to bank, broker, and portfolio loan options
• Licensed in 13 states
• Leads and marketing support provided

Responsibilities

• Leverage your network and maximize provided lead sources
• Demonstrate strong customer service and follow-up skills
• Build and maintain relationships with Realtors, builders, and accountants
• Work effectively in a motivating team environment
• Take direction and implement new sales strategies
• Prospect and build your pipeline
• Communicate effectively with consumers, builders, and Realtors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Experience working internet leads is a plus
• Strong cross-selling, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work under time constraints with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
