Responsibilities

• Leverage your network and Integrity Home Lending’s lead sources to drive sales
• Demonstrate strong customer service and follow-up skills
• Take direction and adapt to new sales strategies
• Prospect and build a pipeline to maximize earnings
• Work effectively with consumers, builders, and realtors
• Manage time constraints and maintain strong attention to detail

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (4-year degree preferred but not required)
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Experience working internet leads is a plus
• Realtor, builder, or accountant relationships are helpful
• Strong cross-selling, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform computer tasks
