Integrity Home Lending (ranked #1 in customer service by LendingTree in Q1, Q2, and Q1 of 2026, and top 10 in Q4 of 2025 out of 500+) is seeking Loan Officers with a strong network, a hunger to maximize lead sources, and a drive to see their paycheck soar.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your network and Integrity Home Lending’s lead sources to drive sales
• Follow up with strong customer service skills
• Work internet leads (experience a plus)
• Maintain relationships with Realtors, builders, and accountants
• Adapt to new sales strategies and take direction well
• Prospect and build a pipeline in a disciplined, fearless manner
• Communicate effectively with consumers, builders, and realtors
• Manage time constraints and maintain strong attention to detail

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree preferred but not required
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Demonstrated integrity, discipline, fearlessness, and a will to win
• Excellent cross-selling, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks

Pay
