The On-Call Server position at Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina requires a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. This role reports to the FiveOneSix Manager and is responsible for providing efficient, courteous, and professional service to guests.

What You Will Do

• Describe the beverage menu to guests by offering interesting and vivid descriptions of each item's origin, taste, and preparation method.
• Communicate guests' orders including any special needs or requests to the bartenders using the point of sales systems.
• Anticipate guests' needs, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns.
• Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments and properly settle voided or complimentary drinks.
• Breakdown, clean and set up tables, chairs, menus.

What You Will Bring

• Minimum 2 years cocktail server or related work experience preferred.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to accurately process cash & credit card transactions.
