About the Role
Responsible for analyzing and investigating customer and transactional activity and data to identify patterns to confirm suspicious activity. This position requires the analyst to evaluate multiple banking product types, financial crime types, and systems, and to file suspicious activity reports with regulatory agencies involving Pathward accounts and/or services, in accordance with bank procedures.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes and investigates customer and transactional data and activity to identify and confirm suspicious activity.
- Files SARs & CTRs with regulatory agencies for activity escalated by internal teams, external partners, and third parties, including Law Enforcement.
- Maintains service levels with workload in accordance with policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Answers inbound and outbound calls to provide servicing for monitoring strategies and customer inquiries.
- Maintains standards of Production, Quality, and Leadership results for assigned workstreams.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Typically requires less than one year of related experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage daily workload.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-sufficient and well-organized with support.
Pay
Salary range: $17.25 – $28.00 hourly. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
