About the role
Titleist is seeking a dynamic, personable, and highly motivated Fitting Specialist to join our elite fitting team, supporting the Fresno, Bakersfield, and San Luis Obispo territory.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional club fitting experiences at consumer events, tournaments, and Titleist fitting activations
- Help golfers find the equipment that maximizes their performance
- Leverage industry-leading fitting technology and product expertise to provide personalized recommendations
- Cook up event logistics and build lasting relationships with golfers
- Support approximately 100-150 events per season, primarily Tuesday through Saturday
- Play a key part in shaping the performance and loyalty of golfers across the region
Requirements
- 2+ years of club fitting experience with a passion for golf performance and equipment technology
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong Titleist or golf equipment product knowledge with confident presentation abilities
- Experience using fitting technology, including TrackMan and mobile applications
- Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation capable of carrying fitting and display equipment
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs multiple times per day
- Comfortable standing and working outdoors for 5-8 hours per day in varying weather conditions

Pay
This is a contract position that will be payrolled through a third-party staffing agency. Any benefits associated with the position would be provided through the staffing agency.
Schedule
This role supports approximately 100-150 events per season, primarily Tuesday through Saturday.
