Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional club fitting experiences at consumer events, tournaments, and Titleist fitting activations, helping golfers find equipment that maximizes performance.
• Act as a trusted Titleist brand ambassador, leveraging industry‑leading fitting technology and product expertise to provide personalized recommendations.
• Coordinate event logistics and build lasting relationships with golfers.
• Support approximately 100‑125 events per season, primarily Tuesday through Saturday.

Requirements

• 2+ years of club fitting experience with a passion for golf performance and equipment technology.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong Titleist or golf equipment product knowledge with confident presentation abilities.
• Experience using fitting technology, including TrackMan and mobile applications.
• Highly reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation capable of carrying fitting and display equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs multiple times per day.
• Comfortable standing and working outdoors for 5‑8 hours per day in varying weather conditions.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card required.
• This is a contract position payrolled through a third‑party staffing agency; any benefits would be provided through the agency.
