Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales through effective outreach and relationship-building strategies.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns to attract new clients.
- Carry out fitness assessments and consultations to understand client needs.
- Maintain a welcoming and energetic environment for both staff and clients.
- Analyze sales metrics and report on performance trends to upper management.
- Collaborate with the training staff to enhance client retention strategies.
- Ensure the facility meets all operational and safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fitness-related certifications (e.g., NASM, ACE) are a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Passion for health and fitness with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
