Fisheries Market Lead – Northwest Region

We’re seeking a Fisheries Market Lead to help share and grow our fisheries business across the Northwest region. In this role, you will drive market growth, project excellence, and team development, which serving as a trusted partner to clients and a leader within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Drive market growth and project excellence
- Lead high-performing teams
- Strengthen key relationships
- Help expand our presence across Washington, Oregon, and the broader Northwest
- Plan and design related management and technical support roles for upstream and downstream fish collection and sorting facilities, fish passage and screening, acclimation facilities, and aquaculture water treatment
- Lead the design and preparation of plans, specifications, estimates, studies, proposals and/or reports for process water supply and treatment systems, utilities, wastewater, hydraulics, pipelines, pump stations, and coordination of design team activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering
- Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) is required. If not a Washington State PE, must be able to obtain this within one year of hire
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive civil engineering experience
- Ongoing Project Management / Design Management experience providing leadership and oversight of project delivery
- Experience serving various clients involving a wide variety of fields including in engineering design projects related to fish hatcheries, aquaculture, drinking water systems or treatment, wastewater systems or treatment, water intakes, pump stations, or water resource projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead the design and preparation of plans, specifications, estimates, studies, proposals and/or reports
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $111,500.00 to $224,400.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
