Fiscal Specialist 1
About the role
The Fiscal Specialist 1 plays an important role in supporting the fiscal, research, academic, and administrative mission of the Department of Integrative Physiology and Neuroscience within the College of Veterinary Medicine. Key responsibilities include providing support for fiscal functions such as purchasing, posting transactions in financial systems, and coordinating financial activities related to seminar and travel organization. Additionally, the role involves providing office administrative support to help ensure the effective operation of the department.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Three years of fiscal record keeping experience; OR equivalent education/experience.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task with occasional interruptions.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written communication.
Qualifications

Pay
Monthly Salary: $3,653 to $4,866 | Range 40
Schedule
This is a full-time (100% FTE), permanent position. This position is overtime eligible.
