Minimum Requirements
- Knowledge equivalent to a four-year college degree in a business-related field or a corresponding field.
- Three to five years of related and progressively responsible work experience in budgeting, forecasting, and administrative procedures.
- Experience with developing and managing complex financial documents and presenting them in understandable forms.
- Experience leading teams and supervising employees.
- Proficiency with various software including spreadsheets, databases, presentation software, and desktop publishing.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Desired Qualifications
- Strategic financial leadership, including budget development, forecasting, and resource alignment with institutional and programmatic goals.
- Advanced proficiency with business and financial tools such as spreadsheets, databases, and reporting visualization tools.
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, accounting practices, and compliance.
- Operational and administrative management experience within a complex organization, preferably in a nonprofit or cultural institution.
- Human resources administration, including recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and employee relations support.
- Grants financial management experience, including budgeting, compliance, reporting, and coordination with program staff.
- Experience and knowledge of processing transactions in EBS and producing reports using Business Intelligence and Analytics.
- Technical abilities and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with good decision-making skills and the ability to work under deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects.
