Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of program priorities, translating strategy and target state design into actionable plans, requirements, and deliverables; ensure delivery against defined milestones, outcomes, and success measures aligned to program objectives.
- Establish and run structured program governance, including forums, reporting routines, decision tracking, and documentation, to ensure transparency, accountability, and effective execution across all workstreams.
- Drive disciplined operating cadence, ensuring meetings, actions, and decisions are clearly defined, tracked, and executed with consistency and rigor.
- Cookordination across 1LOD, 2LOD, Audit, Product, and PMO partners to ensure alignment, manage interdependencies, and enable consistent implementation across LOBs and Corporate Functions.
- Provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes; support development of executive materials and ensure consistent messaging across the program.
- Monitor progress against OKRs/KRIs, proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate early and drive resolution to maintain delivery timelines and quality.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and execution efficiency; remove blockers and streamline delivery to enhance program outcomes and scalability.
- Uphold strong risk and control standards, escalating concerns with supporting evidence and reinforcing accountability aligned to firm expectations.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 7+ years of financial services experience in program delivery, control management, risk management, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to execute complex, cross-functional programs with strong organization, prioritization, and delivery tracking discipline.
- Experience managing program governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across multiple teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and ability to create clear, concise executive materials.
- Program execution and delivery discipline: Strong ability to manage plans, track progress, and drive outcomes with consistency and rigor.
- Communication and stakeholder management: Clear, concise communicator who provides transparency into progress, risks, and decisions.
- Cookordination and collaboration: Effectively works across teams to manage dependencies and align execution.
