Responsibilities

  • Creating, proofing, editing, revising, and printing correspondence, memoranda, and legal documents
  • Assisting with travel arrangements
  • Calendar management
  • Meeting scheduling
  • Group coordination
  • Other related administrative duties

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word
  • Strong grammar and punctuation skills
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments to meet critical deadlines
  • Multitasking ability
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Initiative and commitment to learning
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a team player
  • Experience working in a Business Law setting is helpful, though not required
  • At least two years' experience in a professional services environment preferred
  • Must have a NC Notary Public commission or the ability to obtain same
