About the Role

Understand the basic principles of Firearm Assembly and learn new aspects of our proprietary product designs with a focus on production.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and use common hand tools (hammers, punches, screwdrivers, torque wrenches, etc.)
  • Use power tools safely
  • Assemble small parts
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and problem-solve issues with products
  • Follow instructions provided verbally, in writing, or through demonstration
  • Perform basic math and read measurements using tape measures, calipers, or micrometers
  • Lift up to 25 lbs
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Multi-task and work independently
