About the role

The Estimator will act as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications, administer and organize projects, and support teammates. This role is ideal for self-motivated, organized individuals with outstanding customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
• Daily project oversight, including monitoring status, audits, and work-in-progress
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software
• Review and validate job site documentation
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
• Collaborate and assist with other departments as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• At least 2 years of restoration experience
• Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented
• Knowledgeable in Xactimate
• Willing to be on an on-call rotation
• Good driving record
• Preferred: 1 year of experience with Xactimate, Microsoft Word, and Excel

Pay

$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year, with bonus opportunities

Schedule

• 8-hour shift
• Weekends as needed
