We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present with content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Must not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must only include sections when posting has real specific content.
We need to parse the job description.
Key sections:
- Job Summary / JOB DESCRIPTION: includes purpose and essential duties. Could be "About the role" or "Job Summary". The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to these headings.
We have:
- Job Summary: purpose: provide installation, inspection, service and/or repair of Fire Extinguishers and any Pre-Engineered Suppression Systems.
- Essential Job Duties: list of duties (many bullet-like sentences). We'll put under
for section headings (e.g.
We'll put under Responsibilities
with - each duty.
- Qualifications: includes Education, Training, Certifications; Experience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements; Other Qualifications; Physical & Work Environment Requirements. Could be under
Qualifications
with sublists? But we can just put all qualification details as - items.
- Benefits: described: "Summit Fire Protection offers extensive training opportunities, career advancement, competitive pay, bonus opportunities, along with an industry leading and affordable benefits package for eligible employees. Our benefits package includes: Paid Vacation and Holidays Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Plan with Company Match Flexible Spending Accounts Long-Term Disability – Employer Paid Short-Term Disability – Employer Paid Additional Voluntary Ancillary Benefits such as Accident and Hospital Indemnity Life Insurance for Team Members and Dependents Employee Assistance Program Employee Referral Program". So we can have
Benefits
with - each benefit.
- About Us: description of company. Could be
About the company
but allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. "About Us" not in list but we could use About the role? Actually About the role is for role description. The "About Us" is company description. Could we put under About the role
? Might be okay but better to use "About the role" for role summary; we already have Job Summary. Could we omit About Us? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we should include About Us if it's substantive. But allowed headings list is just examples; we can use other headings? The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exclusive. So we can use other headings like "About Us". Probably safe.
We must not include duplicated lines. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip out the EEO statements, the "We are fully committed to equal opportunities..." and later repeated EEO statements. Also remove "While this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection..." etc. Also remove "Summit Fire Protection participates in E-Verify & in alignment with our commitment to safety, we promote a drug-free workplace." etc. Also remove "Summit Fire Protection is an equal-opportunity employer..." etc.
Also remove "Other duties may be assigned." maybe keep as duty? It's a generic line; could be considered boilerplate? Might be okay to keep as duty but it's generic. Might be considered filler; but it's part of essential duties. I'd keep it.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all duties, qualifications, benefits, about us, core values maybe? Core values section: "Our Core Values PIPE We are PASSIONATE about life safetyWe have INTEGRITY (Do the right thing)We work in PARTNERSHIP with our customers and communityWe constantly strive for OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE (Do things right)". That's substantive; we could include under Core Values
with list.
Also "Summit Fire Protection supports trade skills and workforce development..." etc. That's part of About Us.
We need to avoid repeating sentences.
Let's extract content.
