Responsibilities

• Perform service and repairs on Portable Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hood Systems & Suppression Gas Systems in addition to other related building system products at customer sites
• Service, troubleshoot and install many different manufacturers including Simplex and ANSUL
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals
• Manage daily service call, customer activity and program system products
• Work with clean agent systems, dry chemical systems, and special hazards
• Assist customers with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in an on-call rotation for Emergency Service
• Perform inspections of Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements
• Inspect customer systems
• Use of Smart Phone and Equipment
• May include government work

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Outstanding customer-facing service and problem-solving skills
• PC Skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• FEL-A Preferred
• Any Manufacturer certifications is a plus; ANSUL, Kiddie PyroChem, RMEI preferred
• Multi License
• Valid US driver’s license

Pay

Hiring hourly range: $18 - $24 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data).
